KPM Quality Services, Ltd. is a new company that was started to fill a need.

We do condominium and home repairs for individual owners, not condo associations.

The founders of KPM are the current owners of Andco Management, Ltd., which is a property management company that has been in business since 1982. Andco manages apartment buildings. Over the years, we have had countless calls from previous tenants that bought their own places, but still wanted help with their repairs…and so, KPM was born.

We are available for emergencies 24 hours a day, seven days a week for our clients. Check out: How it Works.
